Having onsite Alliant and IT support for our first 3 days here was also part of your plan and it worked very well for everyone on the team. All of this was accomplished while closing the incoming 800# lines for a total of just 2.5 hours (1.5 on Friday and 1 on Monday)! Dan Carson, Alliant’s Data Center Virtualization specialist, designed, configured and implemented a Highly Available VMWare vSphere Cluster on  NetApp Storage with NFS.  This configuration saved Navigators with NO DOWNTIME when one of their NetApp heads failed in the early hours of the morning.
