NetWork Operations Center - Desk Supervisor

Specific duties will include:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day network operations;

  • Leads technical staff during system implementations, upgrades and all critical incidents and coordinates the daily workload of the network engineering team for problem tickets as well as project initiatives;

  • Ensures successful completion of all requests, change controls, and incidents and manages completion and oversight of all root cause analysis (RCA) functions;

  • Provides input into technical design initiatives and participates with network architecture team to develop and proposes sound strategic/integrated networked solutions and directs thedevelopment of tool recommendations for improved network management; and

  • Directs network engineers and key business partners to maintain overall network solution standards

Requirements:

  • MS or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related;
  • Knowledge of Cisco routers/switches and voice technology;
  • Ability to perform troubleshooting and provide network administration support and email administration support.
