Philosophy - Use of Knowledge
We use knowledge as an ever-evolving tool. We never deal with it as
a static entity. It's not something that can be learned, saved or
stored, and still retain its potential value. The value of knowledge
is that it enables you to get new knowledge. The more it's used,
shared and modified, the more value it has.
Mastering this style of learning and sharing is one of the
objectives for all our employees. There are specific results we
experience by thinking this way. One is to share information more
readily with our customers. In other words, you don't view the
relationship between the company and our clients as a kettle and cup.
It creates more potential by sharing information more freely with your
customers. We not only share information among the team to become more
efficient, we are sharing with our clients to create more potential,
and we're sharing with teams outside the company to create more
diversity and access to new ideas. You must share externally
regularly, or no one will share with you.
