Alliant Technologies Awarded Cisco Systems' SMB/Commerical Partner of the Year for US and Canada at 2007 Cisco Partner Summit

MORRISTOWN, N.J. -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- April 23, 2007 -- Alliant Technologies announced today it has been awarded the Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO) "SMB/Commercial Partner of the Year" for US and Canada. Cisco unveiled the winners at its 2007 annual Partner Summit. These Channel Partner Awards highlight the Cisco top United States and Canada channel partners. The US and Canada theatre awards are designed to recognize channel partners who have exceptional practices that include demonstrating their applications and advanced technology successes, innovative programs and sales approaches, and with high customer satisfaction as a foundational criterion.

The eleven US and Canada honorees were selected from a large list of US and Canada Cisco Certified Channel Partners, for their outstanding performance in the United States and Canada.

Cisco has built a formalized nomination and selection process for nominating a US and Canada channel partner for each category. These nominations are reviewed by a collective group that includes Cisco channel executives.
